Yoga offers a powerful set of tools to calm, strengthen, and empower you in your birthing process.
My private prenatal yoga and deep relaxation classes are designed to meet the individual needs of all mothers in a safe and supportive environment. Gentle and guided movements will help prepare mothers, mind and body, for labor by building flexibility, courage and strength while deepening the connection with their baby. Every class includes full body movement, breath work, guided meditation and a deep nourishing relaxation.
These yoga classes are for every body and custom-tailored for your unique interests. No previous yoga experience needed.
THE DETAILS: Doula clients with the full package receive a complimentary 1.5 hour private yoga session with me, along with reference materials for independent home practice. Classes are scheduled upon request during prenatal sessions (partners are welcome to participate).
Non-doula clients in their pregnancy journey are also welcome to register for private sessions. Please contact me here to learn more.
